What is healing?

Hey everyone! Finally getting around to the ol' blog. It's been quite a summer so far! 
I always seem to have the good fortune of working with caring, attentive, compassionate teachers, from all sorts of backgrounds. They encourage me, and also call me into question. They guide me, yet trust me to find my way on the path. I could go on, but I'll just say the gratitude I feel for my teachers is immeasurable.

One of the questions that I've been encouraged to explore lately is "What is healing?"

I love this question....not because I know the answer, but because it calls into question my intention behind what I do, whether it's meditation, acupuncture, or doing laundry.
